We will carefully review your materials and provide a detailed quote based on the project’s complexity and desired turnaround time.

3. Initial Design & Feedback on Primary design

Once you approve the quote, we’ll start the design process. We will schedule an online meeting to discuss your submitted ideas and collaborate on initial concepts. You can provide feedback directly on the figures, and we will refine the designs accordingly

4. Final Delivery

After several rounds of revisions and your approval of the final design, we will deliver high-quality illustrations or journal cover artwork. For certain projects, we can also provide copyright documentation for your use.
